Refund policy

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@niemero.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Please send the package via courier and provide us with the tracking number. Standard address for returns (if confirmed by Customer Support after receiving your proof of purchase)

Return Policy on Delivery Day:

Our return policy is based on the day of delivery, not the day of purchase. This gives you ample time to inspect your purchase. The return period begins on the day the item is delivered to your specified address.‏‏‎ ‎

Under what circumstances do we offer a return:

  • Cancelling an order:  If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service within 2 hours at info@niemero.com
  • Damaged on Arrival:  Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please describe the damage and attach photos if possible. We will promptly arrange a return, replacement or refund for free, depending on your preference.
  • Change of mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service to start the return process.
  • Received wrong product: If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a return, replacement or refund quickly and free of charge, depending on your preference.

To start a refund

  • Contact Us:  Please contact our customer service at info@niemero.com and include your order number and details of the reason for the return. 
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue you a return authorization. You will be responsible for the return label and shipping costs unless it is a defective or incorrectly received item.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Make sure the item is in its original condition, including tags and packaging. Follow the instructions provided for packaging and shipping the return to the address listed on the return authorization.
  • Required Documents: Please include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item. If necessary, please attach photos to support damage or defects.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 days. The refund method will be the same as your original payment.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎
